Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are shipped the same day or the following business day. During peak season, the delivery time may be extended by an additional day. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at info@scampiswimwear.com and we will assist you.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at info@scampiswimwear.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that even if you contact us immediately, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be processed in time.

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard, as well as by invoice via Klarna Checkout. For payments in currencies other than SEK, PayPal is used, where Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. All payments are processed securely.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you first check around your address, ask your neighbors, and contact your local post office. If the shipment still cannot be found, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we will assist you further.

If a package is returned to us, it is usually due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient refusing the delivery. Costs incurred in connection with uncollected or returned packages due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that the correct hangtags must remain on the product and it must be returned in the correct product bag.

The product must be unused and returned in Scampi's original packaging. Fill in the return label and state the reason for return before sending the item back.

For returns, a return fee of 99 SEK/9 €/ 70 DKK will be charged, which is deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost is not refunded. You are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. When paying with a Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or refunded. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded, but will be sent back to the customer.

We understand that it is not always easy to find the right size. That is why we offer free size exchanges, so that you can easily swap to a size that fits you better, at no extra cost. To make a size exchange, contact info@scampiswimwear.com and state that you would like to make a free size exchange. Please specify which size you would like to exchange to.

Send back the product in the size that does not fit, in the same way as a regular return. Once we have received your return, we will send the new size to you. 

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us at info@scampiswimwear.com and attach a photo and a brief description showing the fault, along with your order number. This will allow us to help you faster.

A fee of 249 SEK will be charged for uncollected packages. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you still wish to receive the item, you will need to place a new order.

Packages remain at Swedish postal agents for 7 days. For international orders, local regulations apply. For questions regarding your delivery, please contact info@scampiswimwear.com and we will assist you.

Hand wash after each use with a mild detergent without bleach. Rinse thoroughly and allow the garment to drip dry in the shade. Avoid wringing the garment or using a tumble dryer. Also, be careful with sunscreen, as it can cause discoloration of the fabric. By following these instructions, your swimwear will stay in good condition for longer.
