All orders are dependent on successful payment and stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email. If you have any questions or wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at info@scampiswimwear.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that even if you contact us directly, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be processed in time.

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard, or by invoice via Klarna Checkout. For payments in currencies other than SEK, PayPal is used, where Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. All payments are secure.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your address, asking neighbors, and contacting your local post office. If the shipment still cannot be found, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will help you further.

If a package is returned to us, it is usually due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient refusing the delivery. Costs incurred in connection with uncollected or returned packages due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

The product must be unused and returned in Scampi's original packaging. To be eligible for a return, all hangtags and gusset protection must remain intact. Please complete the return label and state the reason for return before sending the item back.

A return fee of 99 SEK / 9 € / 70 DKK will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid with Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or refunded accordingly. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

We understand that finding the right size isn't always easy. That's why we offer free size exchanges.

To make a size exchange contact info@scampiswimwear.com and let us know that you'd like a free size exchange. Include which size you'd like to swap to.

Send back the item in the size that doesn't fit, the same way as a regular return. Once we have received your return, we will send out the new size to you.

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us at info@scampiswimwear.com and include a picture and a short description showing the fault, along with your order number. This will help us assist you faster.

For unclaimed packages, a fee of SEK 249 will be charged to cover return shipping and handling. The amount will be deducted from your refund. If you still wish to receive the item, you will need to place a new order.

Packages remain at Swedish postal agents for 7 days. For international orders, local regulations apply. For questions about your delivery, please contact info@scampiswimwear.com and we will assist you.

Hand wash after each use with a mild, bleach-free detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow the garment to drip dry in the shade. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Be careful with sunscreen, as it can cause discoloration in the fabric. If you follow these tips, your swimwear will last a long time.
