Please note that correct hangtags must remain on the product and it must be returned in the correct product bag.

The product must be unused and returned in Scampi's original packaging. For the return to be approved, all hangtags and gusset protectors must remain. Fill out the return label and state the reason for return before sending the item back.

For returns, a fee of SEK 99/€9/DKK 70 will be charged, which corresponds to our cost for return shipping. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Other parts of the purchase price will be fully refunded. The original shipping cost at the time of purchase will not be refunded. You are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Upon approved return, the refund will automatically be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. For payments made with Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or refunded. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be refunded, but will be sent back to the customer.
