Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and returned in Scampi's original packaging. For the return to be approved, all hangtags and gusset protectors must be intact. Fill in the return label and state the reason for return before sending the item back.

For returns, a return fee of SEK 99/€9/DKK 70 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost is not refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping until it has been received by us.

Upon an approved return, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid with Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or refunded. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be refunded, but sent back to the customer.
